With the holiday season quickly approaching, I love being able to find easy gifting solutions to share with my readers! Incredibundles.com is a company I just learned of recently that can make shopping for the babies on your gift list super easy!
Incredibundles.com offers gift options in the form of bundles. Does the little one on your list love books and toys? Try a Book Bundle or a Learn and Grow Bundle! Did someone you know just a have a baby? A Diaper, Sleep, or Bath Bundle might be perfect for them! There are even Organic Bundles! These bundles all come in a reusable storage box making gifting even easier!
If none of these options are quite what you were looking for, just choose the Create A Bundle tool and select which items you want from the categories listed! You will have to purchase the storage box individually if you choose this option.
You can also purchase items individually or in addition to any of the bundles you buy. Another great gift option is the yearly packages – A Year of Books, A Year of Toys, or a Year of Diapers. Who wouldn’t want a gift that keeps giving year round?
I recently placed an order and was really impressed with the selection and how easy it was to put my own bundle together. Since Benjamin is heading into toddler territory, I chose a variety of toys and books I think he will really enjoy!
Everything arrived quickly and well package with plenty of padding, tissue paper, and a pretty label holding it all together. I really enjoyed my shopping experience and plan to shop the site in the future for new baby gifts!
And now a gift for you!
Incredibundles.comis offering my readers a chance to win a $50 gift card to use on their website! The contest is open to residents of the U.S. only from December 5 to December 12. Incredibundles.com will randomly choose the winner and the gift card will be emailed.
Blue Baby Bum is a company specializing in baby and toddler blankets, gear, and toys. Each item is handmade and hand-packaged by other parents! They not only employ stay-at-home moms but also give back by donating a portion of all sales to help children in need worldwide!
After browsing all the really adorable designs, I ended up choosing the blue giraffe toddler blanket for Benjamin. It wasn’t an easy decision! Everything is really adorable!
I really love that they make blankets for this stage. Benjamin has a form of dwarfism, so he’s smaller than average, and is just now starting to outgrow his baby blankets. This toddler blanket is a great size and should get plenty of use!
The blanket arrived well packaged with the sweetest note detailing a lot of information about the company and their mission. Immediately upon opening the package, you can tell this isn’t a mass produced item. The blanket itself is so well made! There are two sides. One side has the giraffe print and the other side is a really soft nubby material. I seriously want one of these blankets in a grown-up size!
Benjamin loves blankets and took to this one right away! It’s our new favorite for when we are outside now that it’s Fall and also the perfect weight for naptime!
Another product I am really intrigued by that Blue Baby Bum makes is a stroller blankie. The blanket actually attaches to your stroller and can be rolled up or down as needed. Benjamin hasn’t quite graduated to a traditional stroller just yet, but I’m pretty sure that once he does I am going to buy one of those as well!
If you’re looking for the perfect baby shower gift, or just love to buy your own little one special gifts, I would highly suggest checking out Blue Baby Bum! I can not say enough about how adorable the designs are and the overall commitment of the company to provide such high-quality items all while giving back is so wonderful!
Oh my, did we have a time getting our baby to sleep better at night! Benjamin was just not having it! I thought when he got more active, he would sleep better, but no. It took us quite a while and a lot of trial and error and I think we finally got it figured out (at 15 months old)! Here are some tips that worked for us that can maybe help your baby sleep better at night before they are officially a toddler!
Have a Routine. Not having a routine worked out just fine for my first born, but not so much this time around. Now we follow the same routine every night. We give one last snack and drink before bed, say our goodnights to everyone, and read a book. Your baby will eventually realize that when these things happen, it’s bedtime.
Keep to a Schedule. This one was hard for me too. My first born would fall asleep anytime, anywhere. Benjamin’s sleep habits are a whole different story. He would cry nonstop and only fall asleep if we were holding him. We spoiled him a little too long. Once we started our bedtime routine and put him to bed around the same time every night, he stopped crying sooner and sooner and now falls asleep pretty quickly. He also wakes up around the same time each morning, which allows up to keep to a schedule as well!
Use Diapers in the Right Size and Fit. We had such issues with diapers leaking in the middle of the night for a long time! No baby likes sleeping in a wet bed! We finally narrowed it down to two reasons: the diapers were sometimes too small and/or they just didn’t provide enough protection against leaks. Now, we use Huggies Little Snugglers and I can’t even remember the last time Ben’s woken up due to a leaky diaper! We buy them from Walmart Neighborhood Market! They have everything our baby needs at the same price at Walmart supercenters! It’s also so much easier to get in and out of the smaller Walmart Neighborhood Market stores!
Keep Track of What Your Baby Likes. Benjamin prefers to sleep on his stomach now that he’s older. I really think this is part of the reason why he slept terribly as an infant! He also likes to be covered with a soft blanket and loves music so I always put on music right as I am leaving his room.
Remember That All Babies Are Different. This took some adjusting to for me! Some babies are going to just fall asleep wherever, whenever. Some babies need to be held more. I got one of each! Do what best suits your baby and yourself. There are no right or wrong decisions! Just trial and error! You will both figure it out eventually!
